Chess Club

It's time to register for Chess Club!  Mr. Huff will be running his incredibly successful Chess program again this year!  Sign-ups are available on School Speak. Chess Club is open to students in 1st-8th grades.

• Cost: $100 (first child), $50 (each additional child)
• One-time payment is made through PayPal at time of registration and registers your student for the entire year.
• Under 600 players and unranked players:
  • Mondays (3:00 - 4:30) - Begins November 6th
• 600+ players:
  • Wednesdays (3:00 - 4:30) - Begins November 8th
• Mr. Huff is also looking for parent volunteers who would like to earn SharePoints by helping with at least 6 practices throughout the year.

Family Handbook 

Please review the 2017-2018 Holy Trinity Family and Student Handbook carefully.  A successful parent and school partnership begins with clear expectations and understandings.  Once you've reviewed the handbook, please complete the Handbook Agreement Form.  We look forward to an exciting and successful year!

Lunch Notes

• Ordering for November is closed.
• Due to Fresh n’ Local Food’s deadlines for our school’s total order numbers, we are unable to accept late orders.
• Please place your order through SchoolSpeak and pay using PayPal.​
• If you have ANY questions or concerns regarding the Holy Trinity Hot Lunch program, please contact our Hot Lunch Coordinator, Julie Mikkelson at lunch@htsch.org.

Halloween Celebrations

Costume Guidelines

• Must be modest and appropriate for a Catholic elementary school 
• May not be revealing, overtly bloody, gory, or overly scary (please remember that we have 4 year olds here all day)
• Must be safe to wear on the school grounds all day
• For safety, masks may be worn during the parade only
• The costume may not promote or endorse the use of drugs or alcohol
• May not be disrespectful to the Catholic Church or its teachings
• Props may not be nor resemble any sort of weapon

Costume Parade

• PreK - 4th Grade will parade in the upper hallways into the gym
• Parents are welcome to come - the best place to see is in the gym
• Begins at 8:25 (it should last about 20 minutes)

Classroom Parties

• 2:00 - 3:00pm Tuesday 10/31
• Classroom parties are set up through each of the room parents

Picture Retake Day

​Picture Retake is Wednesday, November 8th!  Dorian Studios will be doing picture retakes from 8:50am until 10:50am on Wednesday, November 8th.  If your student missed picture day, they need to have their picture taken regardless if you purchase pictures or not.  If you were not satisfied with your student's picture and want a retake, students should bring their picture package to give to photographer for the retake.

Bricks For Kidz

Bricks 4 Kidz after-school classes deliver a high quality educational program where kids experience the hands-on fun of motorized and brick model construction using LEGO® bricks.   Fall Session will be Wednesdays from 3:05 – 4:05pm for Grades: K – 5th.  Classes will be November 15, 29, December 6, 13.  There is a $48.00 fee for the 4 week session.  Please register using this flyer.

CYO News

 Registration for Boys & Girls Basketball is OPEN now!  Please register using Bonzi.  Contact our Athletic Director, Rita Marie Trueworthy (htcyosports@gmail.com) if you are interested in coaching or assistant coaching.

Holy Trinity still needs a Uniform Manager. If the amount of time concerns you, maybe you could tag team this with a friend and be co-Uniform Managers. Your help is really needed as we approach basketball season. The winter Hot Shot uniforms need to be ordered. Thank you.
