Spanish and Foreign Language

Señora Ulrich and Mrs. Sheridan will host an information session on Tuesday, January 16th from 5:00-6:00pm for any parents and students who would like to view and discuss our new Spanish and Foreign Language programming.  Señora Ulrich will be available to share her plans for Pre-K through 4th grade Spanish.  Mrs. Sheridan will have a variety of Rosetta Stone materials available for parents and students to preview and explore.

CYO Track and Field 

Track & Field registration is open NOW! 

• Practices begin March 12th and are held every Monday and Thursday (except Holy Thursday). 
• The regular season (developmental) meets are April 14, 21, 28 and May 5. 
• The Road Runner (3rd/4th grades) Meet of Champions is May 12th.
• 5th-8th grades Meet of Champions is two days, May 19th and May 20th.

CYO Basketball

The HT 2018 Basketball Season is off and running.  Please check the CYO website for the game you would like to watch, but know that Hot Shots through Grade 5 will always be playing in the Holy Trinity gym from 9am through mid-afternoon every Saturday through February.  Come out and support the Titans.  They really appreciate it!

Our Spring Musical- Tarzan

Auditions for HT Drama Club's production of Tarzan will be Tuesday and Thursday, January 16th and 18th from 3:15-5:30 in the Fireside Room.  Drama Club is open to students in 1st-8th grades.  Find all the information and registration form HERE.  Please contact Mrs. Jill Harris at jharris@htsch.org if you have any questions.

Grandparent's Day 2018

Please mark your calendars and invite your grandparents and special friends to our Grandparent's Day, February 1, 2018!  Grandparents and special friends are invited to Mass at 9am, a light breakfast and classroom fun.  School will dismiss at noon with half day EC available.  Sign up to volunteer on SchoolSpeak.

Registration for 2018-2019

We are planning for the 2018-2019 school year.  As we plan for our enrollment, please note the following information:

• Current families reregistering students for 2018-2019 please re-register through SchoolSpeak by February 1st.  If seeking financial assistance, you must complete a new application each year through FACTS, due February 1st.
• The registration fee is the same as last year: $175 for 1 child and $350 for 2+ children.  Payment is made with March tuition payment through FACTS or by check or credit card to the business or school office.
• ​Current families looking to apply for a sibling to start next year please be sure to apply by February 1st: APPLY HERE 
• All our application materials are available at www.htsch.org, including next year's tuition rates and deadlines.
• Please encourage your family and friends to check out Holy Trinity!

Flu and Cold Season

At school, the cold and flu are easily transmitted among students. teachers and helpers.  Please keep your student(s) home until all danger of spreading infection is past.  Students need to remain home and symptom free for 24 hours after a fever, vomiting and diarrhea.  As a general rule, if your student feels too ill to complete school work or other essential tasks, please keep them home.  You can call or email the office to notify us of the absence.  We appreciate your help in keeping us all healthy!

Volunteer Background Checks

Background checks are good for three years. When your's is ready to expire, the Archdiocese system will automatically send you an email to complete a background check online. When you receive an email from backgroundchecks@praesidium.com, please be sure to complete it within 7 days or it will expire. The "Safe Haven" course is required for this year.  Please follow directions on the attached flyer, complete the course, and turn in your certificate to the office.

PTO News

A wonderful part of our Holy Trinity community comes from parent and family volunteers.  All the special events we do each year need the support of enthusiastic parents and family.  Volunteering at school shows our students that we value their education and the importance of school community events. Volunteer opportunities are posted on School Speak under the PTO section.  Check it out!
