ALL FAMILIES: Please complete the Back to School Parent Packet & Directory Opt In


Alma holytrinity.getalma.com – this is our Student Information System which holds everything from registration, parent/guardian contact information, emergency contacts, medication information, attendance, grades, communication to/from teachers, and schoolwide communication.​

All Families:
​Complete the ALMA "2024-2025 Back to School Packet" for your student(s).  This includes required safety contact, medical and emergency information, Family Handbook, and other critical updates for our school year. 
Instructions:
  1. Login to your Alma portal (use button below)
  2. Click on "Alma Start Forms and Tasks" (this shows up under the orange circle with your student's initials)
  3. A new page opens - Select "2024-2025 Back to School Packet"
  4. Complete and Submit - you will have to click Submit 2 times

School Directory - Please “Opt In” to the School Directory once you log in.   Having an accurate directory of families is very important.  PTO Classroom Parents and other groups rely on the directory to contact families with updates, or information about events.  Holy Trinity does not share family contact information without permission.

Back to School Picnic & School Supply Drop Off

Bring your school supplies and meet your teachers on August 29th between 2:30-4:30 pm.  After visiting your classroom, head to the cafeteria to mingle with other families, enjoy a meal provided by PTO, and visit the many school information tables including NEW after school programs, theater, CYO and PTO.  Make sure to support HT by shopping our Spirit Wear to show your HT pride!
Kona Ice will be here selling snowcones for $5-$7 (cash or card accepted)​

Uniforms

All HT students are required to wear school uniforms. You can find the uniform guidelines here. Students out of uniform and/or out of compliance will be directed to change using clothes found in the uniform closet. HT uses three vendors for uniforms for logo'd and plaid pieces. Non-logo'd and plaid pieces can be bought from vendors of your choice.

PE Uniforms

5th graders through 8th graders wear PE uniforms.  The PE uniform should be purchased through Dennis Uniform.
  • T-shirt: grey active wear t-shirt with Titan logo, no logos or other images
  • Shorts: navy blue, basketball length with HT logo, no other logos or images

PK and K Week 1 Schedule

Each year, we have a slow start for Prekindergarten and Kindergarten students. Please make note of the schedule below:
  • Tues 9/3 8:15am-12:15pm
  • Wed 9/5 8:15am -12:15pm
  • Thurs 9/5 8:15am -12:15pm
  • Fri 9/6 8:15am-3:05pm
​No Extened Care between 12:15-3pm

Each year our volunteer requirements are updated. New and returning volunteers find more information here.

SharePoint Hours - Track It Forward

For the 2024-2025 school year, we ask each two parent family to complete 20 SharePoint hours. Each 1 parent family is asked to complete 10 hours. SharePoints are volunteer hours. You can donate time, talent or treasure.
  • 1 volunteer hour = 1 SharePoint hour (on campus or off)
  • $25 = 1 SharePoint hour
Volunteer opportunities will be posted in the website and emailed out by our PTO and event leadership. Teachers will also email out opportunities. Sign ups for volunteering and Room Parents will be sent out soon.

Fall CYO

Fall CYO sports are open for registration! We need coaches!!! Please email our Athletic Director, Cortney Driessen to volunteer ([email protected]).​

Announcing the 2024-25 season for Holy Trinity Drama

There will be three after-school productions this year:
​- Fall Musical: *Into the Woods* for 4th-8th graders
- Winter Play: *The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe* for 3rd-8th graders
- Spring Musical: *Beauty & the Beast* for all grades
These productions have fees and offer roles both on stage and behind the scenes.
*NEW* The Junior Thespian Club will help students develop their acting skills and take on leadership roles in the HT drama program. It meets every other Thursday after school throughout the year.
