Nike Employees & CYO
Attention Nike Employees!
Want to make a impact on CYO Sports at Holy Trinity?
Now thru December 31, 2018 you will receive a 2X Sport Match for any donations made to causes in the Give Your Best Portal that support Sport and Physical Activity which includes Holy Trinity CYO Sports. For example, if you donate $25 thru your My Giving Account, Nike will match with $50 rather than $25.
This is a lollipop dressed as a ghost! Students can purchase ghosts to be delivered to their friends throughout the school. Each ghost costs only 50 cents! An order form will be coming home with your child Wednesday, October 3. Drop off starts Monday, October 8th until Monday, October 22. Place your order and attached monies in the marked Ghost O Gram receptacle in front Lobby. Delivery will be on Halloween Day, October 31st.
FACTS, the company HT uses to process tuition, registration and other school feels, will be getting a new look this Friday, October 12th. FACTS is merging with RenWeb and will look different. All our information remains the same and should not be affected. For more information visit the FACTS webpage.
Our only fundraiser of the year- the Titan Run- is going strong! We have raised $45,250 towards our goal of $50,000! Let's keep going!
Called to Protect Week
Our commitment to the safety of our students includes curriculum about social-emotional development, safety and personal well being. One component of this plan is to present age-appropriate lessons to our students. Holy Trinity sets aside one week each year for the completion of these lessons in grades K-8. This year, our Called to Protect week is October 15th-19th. 6th grade will view the Called to Protect videos for youth; other grades will complete lessons from our Second Step personal safety curriculum. Materials are available for parents to preview; please contact Chris Storm at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time.
Titan Run Matching Gifts
Many of our HT parents work for companies that have matching gift programs. Here are two most common scenarios to get the match:
November 14th is our next meeting. We hope you can join us from 6:00-8:00pm. The agenda will cover upcoming events (Father/Daughter, Teacher Luncheon) and Mrs. Sheridan will present about our testing program Renaissance STAR Reading and Math.
Each Saturday, our volleyball teams need a Site Monitor to keep the games running smoothly. Duties include: directing guests, reading the opening prayer, crowd control if needed and potential incident reporting. Site Monitors can earn double share points!! Sign up on School Speak!
Show your HT Pride!
We have partnered with Team Unis to provide HT Spirit wear in adult and children's sizes. Shop our Fan Site here. Go Titans!
