We know taking time out of your busy day to focus on raising money for our great school is not easy. Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher Conferences will be Thursday, October 26 from 1:00-8:00pm and Friday, October 27 from 8:00am-3:00pm.
• PK, K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th = 20 minute blocks. Sign up on School Speak and meetings are in the classroom.
• 5th - 8th grade = round-robin style. Please come at your convenience and meet in the cafeteria.
• Specials = round-robin style. Please come at your convenience and meet in the cafeteria.
Note: all teachers will be unavailable during these times.
• Thursday: 5:00 - 6:00 PM (Dinner)

2nd Annual Refugee Ministry Celebration
All are invited to join our second annual celebration of the Refugee Welcoming Ministry. Have you been wondering what the Refugee Ministry is all about? Have you already been a part of this Ministry and know the impact you are having? Come join us as we share personal stories and information about how this ministry has changed lives. Light refreshments will be served.

Kid Zone Volunteers
Kid Zone is a Sunday morning liturgy program for our youngest parishioners (18–35 months, 3–4 years), and they need more help to make it a success! Youth/teen volunteers are especially needed during the 9:30am Mass session, while adult volunteers are especially needed during the 11:15am Mass session. Service/share points are available. Uniform Manager: This is another request for a Uniform Manager for the CYO Holy Trinity Athletic Club. This role is responsible for managing the uniforms for our athletic teams. This position was previously held by Angie Scott, and Angie is happy to train her successor. We need this role to ensure our teams are dressed and the uniforms are tracked. Will someone please volunteer to fill this very critical role for our club? Please contact RitaMarie, Club AD, at 503-516-4874. Thank you.
Sharepoint Hours Opportunity – Site Monitors needed on Saturdays – The duties include: The ability to work well with the public, yet be firm; ability to remove individuals from the sport area, if required; follow the all rules and regulations according to the CYO Sports Manual. The Site Monitor does the following:
· Completes any incident reports as required
· Introduces coaches and referees
· Supervises the game to ensure decorum is maintained
· Facilitates the reading of the team prayer and reading of the opening statement
· Dry mops the gym floor between games
· Inform coaches of respective spectator and participant behavior, reminding them they are responsible for their players and fans
· Facilitate that games start and end on time
· Serve as host to all who attend
· Ensure the facility is cleaned up at the end of the event

Boys & Girls Basketball Coaches Needed:
If you are interested in Coaching for Boys or Girls Basketball this season, 2017-2018, please notify HT’s Athletic Director, RitaMarie Trueworthy, by this Friday, October 13. Include your name, address, email, and telephone number. Also, include if you have coached previously and for what sport. Registration for Boys & Girls Basketball will be opening next week, October 16.
