Admissions Criteria

• All application materials must be submitted by February 1, 2024
• Pre-Kindergarten applicants must be 4 years old before September 1, 2024
• Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old before September 1, 2024

To be considered for admission your application must include:

• Online Application (Pre-K - 8th Grade applicants) *Pre-K Applicants must be potty trained*
• Birth Certificate (Pre-K - 8th Grade applicants)
• Current (2023-2024) and 2022-2023 school year report cards (1st – 8th grade applicants)
• Current (2023-2024) and 2022-2023 school year testing info (1st – 8th grade applicants)
• Teacher Recommendation Form (1st-8th applicants)
• Round-up for PreK and Kindergarten applicants​​

Admissions Determination Criteria

• Siblings of students currently enrolled at Holy Trinity Catholic School
  
• Families new to Holy Trinity Catholic School who are registered, active members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church
  
• Families new to Holy Trinity Catholic School who are registered, active members of another Catholic parish
  
• All other applicants
  

Shadow Visit Protocol

A shadow visit is a wonderful opportunity for you and your child to experience a day at Holy Trinity as well as provide us an opportunity to get to know your student.  A shadow visit is required before an offer of admission is made.

• Shadow visit deadline: February 20, 2024 or dependent on when you apply*PreK and Kindergarten have a 45 minute round-up session with a teacher as a "shadow" day*​

New Student Registration Information

• If accepted, new student registration deadline: March 11, 2024 (with registration fees)
• In order to hold a seat in the class there is a non-refundable registration fee:​ $550 ($330 will be applied to 2024-2025 tuition)
