FACTS Financial Changes
We merged our FACTS Financial account with our FACTS Family Portal. You can now find school information and tuition information in the same spot- the Family Portal. A new header in the left side menu is 'Financial'. Here you can see tuition due, incidentals due (hot lunch, club fees, etc) and make payments. Please let us know if you have questions.
IXL: Math and Spanish practice
HT purchased subscriptions for IXL Math and Spanish for all 2nd-8th graders. IXL is an web-based program to help students practice needed skills. The program is fun and interactive with games. We highly encourage you to have your child spend time on IXL. Research by IXL reports that just 15 minutes a day will improve Math knowledge scores rapidly. Our HT log in page: https://www.ixl.com/signin/holytrinityor.
Upcoming CASE Trainings
The Parish is hosting several Creating a Safe Environment (CASE) trainings. This is a REQUIRED, one time training for all school and parish volunteers.
Spring Play at HT
Auditions are Wednesday, April 12 for interested 4th-8th graders.

End of Trimester 2
Trimester 2 ends on March 17th. We are three weeks away. For students who receive grades on daily assignments and assessments (3rd-8th), it is important to look for missing and absent assignments and low score patterns. Now is the time to check in with your child and encourage them to finish the trimester with their best work and effort. Parents can see student scores in the FACTS Family Portal.
HT is hosting CYO basketball tournament games next week! At each game, we need:
Participating Parish Status
Tuition rates for the 2023-2024 school year are published and based on a participating/non-participating status. A parish participating family is defined as being registered with our parish for at least six months, actively attend weekend Mass, and make a commitment to regularly donate to the church. A non-participating family is defined as not registered with our parish, do not regularly attend weekend Mass, and/or do not donate to the church regularly. If you wish to continue receiving the participating parish rate in 2023-2024, please make sure you are meeting the guidelines above.
CYO Track & Field
Registration is now open for Track & Field. Track & Field is open to 3rd through 8th graders. Practices are twice per week at HT and there are four developmental meets. Find more information and register here. If you have questions, please contact our Track Coach Isaac Forquer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
