If you have a child that needs their First Communion, please contact Chris Storm at firstname.lastname@example.org. Religious Education classes are just getting started for the year.
Trunk or Treat: Friday, October 22nd
We have decided to host a family trunk-or-treat again this year after such a huge success last year! Come dressed in costume, take pictures at the photobooth, dance to spooky music and collect as much candy as you can!
The long awaited room parent sign ups are now live!
Students are allowed to wear Halloween Costumes to school on Friday, October 22nd. All costumes must follow our dress code in the handbook.
Many grades and classes are using Google Classroom in a variety of way this year. This is a place to check daily homework, completion and missing assignments. Graded assignments can be found in GC, but our primary grading platform is FACTS Family Portal.
Registration is open for CYO Boys and Girls Basketball and Hot Shots! We need coaches and players to make this season awesome. Register here.
Picture Day: October 19
Picture Day is coming! All students in PK through 8th will take pictures for Picture Day. HT students wear their uniforms for school pictures. The 19th is only individual pictures. In the spring, we hope to take group photos. Order forms were sent home last week. Parents can also order online here.
ALICE Safety Drill
As mentioned several weeks ago, HTCS uses ALICE protocol for lockdown/school intruder situations.
Parent Teacher Conferences
October 28 and 29 are Parent Teacher Conferences. Conferences will be offered via Zoom in 10-20 minute increments. We will send sign ups out this week via SignUp Genius. If you'd like an in-person conference in grades PK-5, please email the teacher directly. To limit the exposure of our middle school staff, we are only offering in person conferences to students working with Learning Resource.
