Titan Run 2022
HT has one fundraiser each year- the Titan Run. This is a fun, whole community event that raises over $50,000 for our school. Normally, the Titan Run would happen in October. Our leadership team decided this Fall's focus needs to be on in-person, full time learning and pandemic recovery. We plan to host the Titan Run this Spring. Volunteer opportunities will be available.
Covid Screening Program
HT will be participating in a weekly Covid Screening Program for K-12 students. This program is funded by the CDC and offered to Oregon schools through OHA and OHSU. This is an OPT-IN program for HT students. Participation is optional for all HT students. Please see Mrs. Sheridan's letter and the linked documents for more information. Copies of the consent forms will be sent home today. Please return both consent forms if you wish for your child(ren) to participate in the weekly testing.
FACTS Family Portal
HTCS made a full switch to a new student information system- FACTS Family Portal. Last week, we emailed log in information to you. If you have not yet created a log, please start here:
Speech with Mrs. Cenova
For the second year, HTCS is partnering with Tara Cenova (mom of 6th and 8th students) for speech services. Tara is a licensed Speech Pathologist and is available to work HT students via Zoom. Please reach out to Mrs. Cenova if you are interested: email@example.com.
Each year Archdiocesan schools with an asbestos management program, known as the AHERA Management Plan are required to send, post, or provide an annual notification to parents, teachers, staff, and building occupants to inform them that the school has known or suspected asbestos containing building materials (ACBM).
