Card Service Project

She needs at least 100 cards to make sure that all residents receive one. We will be making some cards here at school, but if your family would like to participate, you can make cards at home and give them to the office by Wednesday, December 6th.

An 8th grade student, Hadley Entizne, is spearheading a toy drive for Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Please see the flier below for more information. You can use this link to find their wish list. The book fair is a great place to get some books to add to the donation bin!

What is Moms in Prayer?
Moms in Prayer is a group of two or more women who meet regularly to intercede on behalf of children and schools through prayer. We are Christian mothers, grandmothers or any woman who is willing to pray for a specific child and school. We are women who believe that God answers prayer!
Join us Friday at 2:00pm in Fireside 4 to pray for our kids, our teachers, our staff, and our school community.
If you have any questions, please contact Lindsey Hunt (email@example.com).

HT CYO is looking for CYO gym monitors on Saturdays at the HT gym. This is a role that helps visitors to the gym be aware of facilities (bathrooms, exits) and and is also the person in charge of the pre-game prayer and the crowd. Volunteers will be taught what they need to do.
It is a volunteer position on Saturdays only and is a great way to get Sharepoint hours if you cannot volunteer during the week.
Please email Maura O'Leary for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org
Santa's Workshop is coming up soon! You can help out by signing up here to volunteer: helping shop and wrap presents as well as by donating new items for students to buy for their family members.
Students will shop with their class either on 11/30 or 12/1 and it will be open on 12/1 after early dismissal from 12:15-3:15pm for kids to go shopping again with their families! A great opportunity to purchase a toy for the Doernbecher Toy Drive by 12/10.

Do you have a Holy Trinity sports uniform you no longer need? Maybe your child outgrew it or only used it for one season? We've set up a way for parents to sell and/or exchange jerseys online. You clean out your closet and folks get to defray sport start-up costs. It's a win-win!
Here is how it will work:
In order to volunteer in any capacity at our school all volunteers must be up to date with their safety requirements. This includes anything from attending class parties, being a room parent, driving for a field trip, helping out in class, volunteering for lunch or recess, or any of the many other ways that volunteers help to support our school community. If you plan on volunteering at our school this year, please take some time to ensure you are up to date with your requirements for the school year. You cannot volunteer this school year until all requirements have been met.
Below you will find the requirements for every volunteer:
Your Praesidium Account Username should be your email address. If you've forgotten your password click on Forgot your password? to reset it. Natalie Shick (email@example.com) will send an email with directions for anyone needing a background check as needed throughout the year.
