Safety Drills

Today we had our first Fire Drill of the year. Each month we will have one fire drill. Throughout the year, we will also have two earthquake drills and four ALICE (lockdown/evacuate) drills. 

ALICE is the Archdiocese wide program for school safety during intruder or violent situations. For more information, please see Mrs. Sheridan's letter and the information linked.

Hot Lunch begins 9/29!

Holy Trinity has partnered with DISHES2U to provide a secure, fast, and easy to-use online ordering platform that allows you to view our menus, order, prepay and manage student orders from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. If you have questions, please contact Dishes2u directly at customercare@dishes2u.com.

Changes to notice:
  • Orders can be placed the day before lunch! (by 11am)
  • All food is prepackaged and delivered for your student

Pack 598 News

Did someone say Pizza Party!?! 
Pack 598 is recruiting boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade. If you are interested in Scouting, please join us in the cafeteria for pizza and fun on Thursday, September 16th at 6:30 PM to learn more. Last year our scouts had the opportunity to go camping, ride horses, learn archery and BB guns, go panning for gold, race Pinewood Derby cars that they made and much more. So join us to sign up for a great year of fun and friendship!

FACTS Family Portal

HTCS made a full switch to a new student information system- FACTS Family Portal. Last week, we emailed log in information to you. If you have not yet created a log, please start here:
  • You need the email account that you receive SchoolSpeak or FACTS emails at.
  • You will create your own password.
  • Our district code is HT-OR.

Beginning Band

Beginning Band starts tomorrow, September 14! Beginning Band is an after school activity on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:15-4:15pm. Mr. Schauffler welcomes any interested 3rd through 8th graders.

Welcome back to another school year.  The enthusiasm last week was wonderful to witness.  May this be a safe and wonderful year for every student and staff person on our campus!  I would like to remind you of current protocol for parish Masses and invite you to participate.
  • Saturdays 5:30pm

  • No sign up necessary
  • Masks required
  • 9:30 Mass livestreamed (h-t.org)
  • Communion distributed in parking lot at 9:30 Mass only.

Speech with Mrs. Cenova

For the second year, HTCS is partnering with Tara Cenova (mom of 6th and 8th students) for speech services. Tara is a licensed Speech Pathologist and is available to work HT students via Zoom. Please reach out to Mrs. Cenova if you are interested: tcenova@htsch.org.

Jesuit HS Math Classes

Jesuit High School's Online Autumn Session math enrichment courses for middle school and high school students are open for registration.
Jesuit's online math courses are intended to give students who want to progress in mathematics the opportunity to do so in a fun environment with knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors who share their appreciation of the beauty of mathematics. For more information, see their website.
