Feb. 4 Extended Care
HT is closed on Friday, so all staff can attend Faith Formation with the Department of Catholic Schools. If you need Extended Care, please let Matt Wulff, firstname.lastname@example.org EC Director, know before Friday.
Re-enrollment for 22-23
All current Holy Trinity families should have received a re-enrollment email from Ms. Spieler via FACTS. This year our re-enrollment process is comprehensive and completed through FACTS student information system and FACTS tuition management. Parents need to update all student information and select a payment plan for the 22-23 school year. If you have questions, please call the school office. If you have any concerns, our principal Ashley Sheridan is eager to work with you. Please complete re-enrollment by February 14, 2022.
CYO: Track & Field
CYO Track & Field registration is open!
Weekly Covid Screening
Weekly tests are due to the office on Thursday mornings by 9am. Please call the office if you have any questions.
Catholic Schools Week!
To start off Catholic Schools Week, our 8th graders hosted a breakfast for Daily Mass attendees and students wore PJs for the day. Several other grades helped by making cards, paper flowers for the tables, decorations, set up and clean up. We are infinitely grateful for the support of our parish!
This year we have the incredible opportunity to raise $80,000 with every dollar matched in a matching gift campaign! $160,000! For more information, please visit our Give page or call the school office at 503-644-5748. To donate, visit www.h-t.org/donate.
Tuition Assistance 22-23
Tuition Assistance applications for 2022-2023 are open via FACTS. You must reapply every year to be considered for assistance. Tuition assistance is given to active, parishioners of Holy Trinity. Please complete your application by February 1st. If you have questions, please contact Deacon Brett Edmonson (email@example.com) or Ashley Sheridan (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Chess Club Volunteers
We are hoping to bring back Chess Club! HT owns a large variety of Chess sets, books and materials. We would like to have at least two adults at each club meeting. If you are interested in volunteering once per week to coordinate and supervise Chess Club, please let Mrs. Sheridan know (email@example.com).
Parking Lot Safety
As the year winds on, we notice that awareness and patience run low for pick up and drop off. Please be courteous and safe in our parking lot and follow our three basic rules:
"Through academic excellence, Holy Trinity Catholic School prepares students emotionally, intellectually, morally, physically and spiritually for the world in which they live."
