13: Middle School grades published 15: Parent-Teacher Conferences via Zoom, 1pm-8pm 3rd-5th grades published K-2 Progress Reports published 16: Parent-Teacher Conferences via Zoom, 8am-3pm 30: Halloween (Details TBD) NOVEMBER 2020 02: Picture Day, 9:45-12:00 for in-person learning students 03: Picture Day, 9:45-12:00 for in-person learning students 3:00-5:30 for digital learning students Speech with Mrs. CenovaTara Cenova, speech-language pathologist, who worked with our students last year is available this year via Zoom. If you're interested in your child either continuing treatment, starting treatment, or if you have general questions regarding your child's speech and/or language skills, please contact Tara directly at 503-970-1647. Sessions will be 30 minutes, once a week. Your charges will be billed through FACTS. Tara will discuss charges with you personally. She will work around class schedules.
Family Handbook + AddendumPlease find the Student and Family Handbook here. To support digital learning, please find the Digital Learning Addendum here. We ask that each family review our policies and procedures and sign our digital handbook acknowledgement form.
Parent Consent for ZoomHTCS will be using Zoom to host our live sessions for student in person and students at home. We will be recording sessions for student and teacher use. Please complete this Consent for Video Conferencing for each of your HT students.

Washington County MetricsYou can track Washington County metrics here. To open Kinder through 3rd Grade, we need 30 or less cases per 100,000 for three consecutive weeks. To open 4th-8th grades, we need 10 or less cases per 100,000 for three consecutive weeks.
