Reregistration for Current Students

• Current students do not have to complete a new application. 
• Reregistration is due on or before February 15, 2021.

Immunization Exclusion Date

Students need to be up to date on their immunizations. Exclusion day is February 17, 2021. If your student is not current on all immunizations, if you haven't updated your shot record or if your exclusion letter has not been sent to the school, your student cannot attend school as of February 17. Ms. Spieler will email any families that have immunizations missing. Please contact Tabitha in the office you have any questions, [email protected].

Asynchronous Fridays

Asynchronous Fridays extend 4 weeks past your child's grade returning full time. On asynchronous Fridays, work is posted and available to be done in a flexible format. Please double check due dates and your email for any live classes or office hours.

• PK/K/1/2- no asynchronous Fridays
• 3, 4, 6, 7 grades- 2/12, 2/19
• 5, 8 grades- 2/12, 2/19, 2/26

Inclement Weather

In the past we have followed the direction of Beaverton School District (BSD) regarding inclement weather. This year BSD will not be closing schools since they are still in digital learning. Fr. Dave, Mrs. Sheridan and Todd Simms will be making the call for school closures. Notifications will be sent via email and text message alerts. If you do not hear anything, please assume we are in session. Additionally, with our digital format already in place, please evaluate the risk of driving and make the safest decision for your family. Attending school from home is easier this year than ever. Please login to your SchoolSpeak account and update your cell phone number and carrier if you wish to receive text message alerts.
