Emergency Contact InfoBefore school starts please make sure you have entered Emergency Contact and Medical information for your child(ren). We will always call parents first, but need additional contacts if mom/dad/guardian cannot be reached. Update your information in the FACTS Family Portal (district code HT-OR).
Middle School FormsOur Middle School Staff is excited to welcome students to our 2022/23 school year! As part of our commitment to academic excellence and digital citizenship, each year we require all families of 6-8th graders to read through three important forms and sign to show your agreement to abide by our middle school expectations. This is also an excellent time to discuss with your children what responsible technology use looks like and what academic dishonesty can look like. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Mrs. Sheridan or your child's homeroom teacher. Here is the form link: https://forms.gle/p5TZv4Kkq8VFKDdS6
