Principal's Message - Foresight

The virtue of the week is foresight and we live out that virtue EVERY day at Holy Trinity.  Foresight is the ability to look forward toward opportunities in the future.  Seeing possibilities ahead gives us a vision we can begin to achieve with our efforts today.  Sometimes our foresight is short term. 
  • Our teachers have a plan for this last trimester that makes the most of every day.
  • Students can set goals for this term and check their progress each week.  
  • Our sights are set on having a successful Titan Run on May 10th.
We also look up and forward further into the future.  
  • The school calendar for next year is being finalized.
  • ​We will set some school goals for next year that staff, students, and families will help set and achieve. 
Our plans for the future are built on the strengths we possess today.  For the rest of the year we want to treasure each day, especially with our 8th grade students, and not rush the year to a close. 

Titan Run - May 10th

May 10th is the day of the Holy Trinity Titan Run.  This is our one opportunity as a community to raise funds for our school.  We have ambitious planning underway to make this year’s run a success.  Mark your calendars for May 10th.  We need some help starting now.  Here are some ways you can help us make this year a huge success:
  • The Titan Run is a jog-a-thon and students collect pledges based on the number of laps they run (dollar amount per lap) or a set donation.  Start thinking with your student(s) about people you can reach out to for a pledge/donation. Much more information will be out soon.
  • This year we are securing Titan Run sponsors (businesses, organizations) whose support will be recognized in a number of ways (banner, social media, etc..)  Let Principal Erwin [email protected]  know if you can join the team of people reaching out to local businesses to secure their support.  
  • We need volunteers to help with prize procurement and with day-of event jobs - sign ups will be posted shortly.

Earth Day - Go Green Challenge!

April 22, 2024 - Every person can take small steps at home to care for the planet we share.   One way to celebrate is to complete the Earth-Day challenge.  Students and staff who complete the challenge can wear GREEN on Earth Day, April 22nd.  Students received copies of the checklist.  We encourage families to join us in the challenge.  Go Green Challenge Form

National Letter & Card Writing Month

April is National Letter Writing Month.  We encourage families and students to take a moment or two and write a note, card, or letter to someone.  Drop a line to a friend, teacher, relative—it will make their day.
