A Note from Mrs. Lovett

After 31 fulfilling years at Holy Trinity, I will be retiring in June. It has been my privilege and blessing to have taught and worked along side the many students, parents, staff and teachers here in this special school and parish community. I am trusting in our Lord, who once led me to this wonderful place back in 1990, to lead me in this next journey of my life. Thank you for your support, kindness, generosity and assistance throughout these years. I will miss you all, and will continue to keep you in my prayers as I hope you will do for me.
- From Mrs. Joan Lovett, current 3rd and 4th Math teacher

Plan a Community Event!

We're hoping to have an end-of-year outdoor school community event. Are you interested in helping plan the event? We'd love to have your support! Come to the virtual PTO meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 22nd @ 7 PM. The meeting is to start planning the event and no other topics are currently on the agenda. Right now - it's just an idea with nothing planned so it's a great opportunity to bring your ideas and volunteer your talents and time.

School Mass

Please join us for our school Mass, hosted by 8th Grade, on Wednesday at 2:15pm. With more students back on campus and social distancing in the church, we cannot host many parents and visitors. Please attend only if you are a parent, family or special friend of the hosting class.

Go Green Challenge

Each year 1st Grade hosts our Go Green Challenge for Earth Day! Students who participate in any of the Go Green challenges, earn Free Dress on Earth Day (April 22nd). Each student can check off what they complete in School Speak.
  • Turn the water off while brushing your teeth
  • When leaving a room, turn off the lights
  • Carpool, walk, or bike instead of driving
  • Fill a large trash bag with garbage from your neighborhood or community
  • Use a washable towel instead of a paper towel or napkin
  • Use recycled materials for playing or for a school project
  • Use a reusable water bottle instead of a plastic disposable one
  • Take reusable bags to the grocery store
  • Use both sides of a piece of paper
  • Take a quicker shower than normal or use less water in the bath tub
  • BONUS: Plant a tree (you get to wear a hat on our free dress day)

Updates to Digital Learning

We are updating our digital learning program now that we are fully open and class sizes are increasing:
  • April 26- digital learning format moves to a whole class view of instruction instead of teacher focused Zoom
    • Students not returning join this format.
  • Zoom will no longer be available for sick or traveling students unless absence is due to Covid/quarantine restrictions.
    • Sick and absent students can check their homework via Google Classroom or School Speak.
    • Students have the same amount of days they were absent to make up their work without penalty (sick two days = two days to make up work).
